Getting to the core of it

Some people dance in studios, some in community centres, day centres or galleries .. we do that too.
We also dance in the land, move and turn with the land, invite our curiosity and senses to be immersed in the geography of our felt experience and to "cut right through a surface to a source" (J.O'Donohue)
Such an enlivening and exhilarating experience to dig , to twist and turn, to hold time in our hands.
A whole new perspective on the value of age and time, the laying down of experience and accumulated moments.
