Happening・Tea For Charlie

A spontaneous taking of tea in solidarity with those killed in the Charlie Hebdo attacks in Paris 2015.

Tea For Charlie was an improvised, direct response to the awful events in Paris on 7th January 2015 where terrorists killed 12 people and injured many others at the offices of the satirical French magazine Charlie Hebdo.  Through our spontaneous happening we quietly asserted the  right to express ourselves openly and without fear, a symbolic cup of tea for Charlie ,a cup raised for creativity, for freedom!
